Getting Less Than God Wants For You

Many people,  who claim to love the Lord,  struggle because,  instead of possessing possessions,  they are really possessed by them:  For them, giving away from themselves, to help God’s Kingdom work to be done, which could  benefit others, is a foreign concept. The end results,  according Proverbs 11:24, and according to basic agribusiness protocols,  actually leaves them with far less than God would want them to have.

The Farm

Think of this wisdom as follows: Imagine you own a farm,  and your vision is to produce a bumper crop.  You must invest your time,  talent and treasure in purchasing seeds,  plowing the ground, planting the seeds, covering them, and regularly giving of your self to cultivate the ground, as the Creator works the miracle of producing the bumper crop about which you are dreaming. Failure to make these investments will leave you a bankrupt farmer. But healthy sowing results in generous reaping. As our scripture says, you “increase ever more. ” Failing to do so “results in want and poverty. “

I AM SELFISH

One reason I invest time, talent, and treasure in others lives and ministries,  as a result of the grace of God working in me, because of Jesus,  is I am selfish: I love to see what pouring myself into others accomplishes in them, and what they want to do to accomplish Gods will. However, the pay back for me is far greater. There is a return to me of  fullness and life! I become amazingly blessed.  And this being blessed empowers me to be an even greater blessing.

Needless to say, I pray you will experience R.E.S.T or Rock-solid Eternal Spirituality Today . I pray you will be a giver who gives generously who “increases all the more.” I really do not want you to be less than God wants you to be or have less than God wants you to have.  Please,  seriously consider giving generously into God’s Kingdom. Then follow through. You will be glad you did.

All The Lonely People

So many “Christians” live restless spiritual lives because they do not R.E.S.T in what God wants to happen in them or through them. In other words,  the lives of the old, not so old, middle aged, and young & restless, happen to people who try to gut life out and live in their own strength. They do not live in the power of The Holy Spirit, and according to the promises of God regarding holy living. They say things like, “I fail Him so often, but He loves me anyway. ” So, this philosophy holds to the belief that continually living in sin is OK with God. REALLY? This confuses me because Jesus came to give us “lives to the full.” (John 10:10b) He gives us lives where we can “do all things through Christ who gives us strength! (Phil. 4:13). He gives us lives of holiness for, “Without holiness, no one will see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14-15) And being a continual failure, spiritually, is contrary to the teachings of God’s Word.

L I S T E N. To 2 Peter 1:3

Listen prayerfully to the promises regarding rock-solid living.  Embrace these promises! Assimilate these promises to have godly living as a part of your life. By God’s grace and power walk this 7 fold part promise out:

God’s Power Is YOUR Power !

He Has Already  Given This Power To Us!

He’s Given EVERYTHING We Need To Walk In This Power!

He Has Give Us The Stuff To Be Enough and To Live Godly Lives!

Through Knowing Jesus Who Calls Us By The Holy Spirit!

Who Calls Us To Live Godly Lives Like This !

He Dose This By The Glory and Goodness of God.

So, you CAN choose to really follow Jesus and not just SAY you follow Jesus. You can not only TALK about it. You can WALK about it. You don’t have to be a continual sin confess sin confess “Christian” living an anemic guilty spiritual life. God gives you all you need IF you embrace R.E.S.T or Rock-solid Eternal Spirituality Today. He gives you everything you need to follow Jesus as a godly person.

So, why not R.E.S.T Today In Christ Jesus Today? Why not live a Christ-Follower’s life of Rock-Solid Eternal Spirituality Today? Live as a spirit filled Christ-Follower. God will give you grace to have all you need to live like He wants you to live, In Jesus Name! Amen!

Prayer

Look at what God promises to Israel, in Zephaniah 3:17, once they turned from acting in ways that grieved Him, and in ways that brought His wrath. They went through a lot of bad things because of rejecting His life giving ways. You can check ✔️ out the 3rd chapter of this book to see what I mean.  

However,  they turned around, and they turned back to God, and then they began to know Him as:

God Who Is With Them

God who is A Mighty Warrior Who Saves

God Who Takes Great Delight In Them.

God Who Demonstrates Love To Them

God Who No Longer Rebukes Them

God Who Rejoices Over Then

God Who Sings Over Them.

Yes, these seven things God promises to people,  and to a nation, who humbles themselves, prays, seeks Him, and turns from wicked living.  Do this through Jesus,  and grab hold of God. Experience R.E.S.T in God, and in His Holy Covenant. And you will have this kind of relationship with The Almighty!

Indeed,  you can R.E.S.T in a repentant heart.

Anxiety is a very real part of people’s lives today; however,  God has a plan to help His children overcome:

First,  choose to pray to God regarding what you are anxious about.  Do this every time you anxious 😟 Tell God what’s going on.

Second petition God for help with the worrisome things you are facing.  Simply present your requests to God.

Third, thank God. Thank Him for the privilege to pray. Thank Him for the fact He is listening to your prayers and petitions. Thank Him for loving you, and for allowing you to cast your cares on Him. Thank Him for His up coming answer(s)

Fourth, allow the peace of God, that transcends your understanding guard your heart and your mind. This wisdom from Philippians 4:6-7 works for me.

Be An Overcomer:

No matter what the world,  the flesh or the Devil throw at you, never forget that The Almighty lives in the Temple of The Holy Spirit, which is your body. R.E.S.T in this fact.  Every day submit to God and  resist the Devil. He has to run from you. James 4:7.

Every day put on The Full Armor of God, and you will be able to stand against the Devil’s schemes and be strong in the Lord,  and in His Mighty Power. (Ephesians 6:10-20)

Live in this Rock-solid Eternal Spirituality Today
