We All Want Our Rights
Rights are very important to people who are free, and especially to people who want to be free. Indeed, liberty is extremely important! Our God given rights make possible this freedom, in Christ, if we truly seek it; therefore, it is imperative we choose to be authentic recipients of having “life to the full.” (Jesus)
When we do so, we fill up the empty place only God can fill. We fill up our love tanks with God, who IS love. Emptiness departs, and God resides inside.

The Apostle John shares a power filled, transformational, world changing, revolutionary testimony! What he says is astounding! Why? This is so because his declaration is about another dimension! It’s about Almighty God’s headquarters or HIS HQ! It’s about a very unique, and incomparable, place in time. There really has never been a day, hour, or moment, quite like it! It’s about Jesus, who as the pre existent Christ, is called “The Word.” It’s about Jesus being ONE with The Heavenly Father, as God and Creator! It’s about Him being the bona fide source of life and giver of life! John’s supernatural story is about Jesus also being the light that chases away the darkness of any human being struggling in the darkness of bondage to sin and death! As a matter of fact, John announces, boldly, that darkness cannot overcome this God light! It’s about Jesus, The Word, emptying Himself, and giving up all His Heavenly God capacities, and all the glory of being God, IN HEAVEN, to become a mere human being, with human limitations and frailties; yet He is still God, who became flesh, the Son of God!
A Chronicle Of Rejection and Opportunity: Being BC Before AD
However, as John shares it, Jesus came down to earth to HIS very own people; nevertheless, even though HE was, and is God, they rejected HIM 😞 Family rejecting family is quite common, but to reject God is really 😔SAD. Anyway, as we listen to John, we realize he is speaking about a really something kind of special, pre-history/another dimension, narrative about Christ being BC (Before Christ) before He flipped our calendars to AD (in the year of our Lord.)
The Real Kicker & The Opportunity
Here “is the kicker” of this period of time, when God flipped the course of history: HE, with all His Godness and goodness, mercifully allowed His own people to reject HIM! HE gave them freedom to choose! They chose badly! And HE gives you, and He gives me, that same freedom to choose to receive, believe, and fully live every day! Keep reading:
The B I G “BUT”
Needless to say, this is fantastic news for the rest of us! Even though HIS own folks rejected HIM, and they rejected HIS salvation, they rejected the freedoms He offered, they rejected transformed lives [and HE still offers these.] On the other hand, their rejection flung open wide the door for us to experience life, full life, complete life, light that chases away darkness, and provides eternal life, which is to share life with God forever, kind of life! Yes! HIS own rejected HIM. BUT to those of us who believe IN HIM, and to all who receive HIM, HE provides us the GREATEST Right! HE dispenses, to us, the right to become adoptive children of the True and living God! We are delivered from being the Devil’s prodigy. It’s about THE relationship! It’s NOT about religiosity! And this relationship is ours for the taking! HALLELUJAH!
The Big Questions
Saint and Sinner, let me ask you some BIG Important questions: What have you decided about Jesus? What is HIS place in your life each new day? His offer is on the table. He really wants you to be the beneficiary of God becoming flesh and hanging out with human beings. There really is an overabundance of really superior, life giving, holy, or healthy, blessings waiting for those who will truly turn their lives over to Jesus, The Christ, as both Lord and Savior.
Especially True For Broken Folks
Additionally. this is especially true for human beings with weakened, debilitated, and broken lives. I am talking about lives broken by bad choices, and other’s bad choices, that have/had a horrible affect and effect. I am talking about choices which are rooted in sin. And, as Jesus said, if we are committed to sin, it will enslave us. (Check out John 8:34,) He wants you to receive all the benefits of having a relationship with Almighty God, through faith in Jesus, Himself, by the power of the Holy Spirit. He simply wants you to truly believe IN HIM, and HE wants you to receive HIM.

Right now, as you read this, I am praying the The Father will draw you to Jesus, by the power of The Holy Spirit. I do this because, No one can come to Jesus unless the Father draws them to Jesus. And if you receive Him, you will have a intimate relationship with HIM, with the guarantee that Jesus will provide you eternal life … you will have a part in the resurrection and share in the life of God, forever.
Now, It’s Your Turn.
It’s been 2,000 plus years since “The Word Became flesh and lived among us.” For generations, people like you and I have been making our choices. What about you? Will you believe in Him? Will you receive? Will you choose to live? These are vital existential questions. Why not choose HIM today and experience God’s R.E.S.T ? Why not experience Rock-solid Eternal Spirituality Today?
